Q: Will I be charged more for connecting services through you than doing it on my own?

Absolutely not! In fact, all rates offered are either the same as, or below, what you could get on your own.

Q: What if I already have some of my services set up?

That’s totally fine. We’ll help fill in the gaps, find better options if available, and confirm everything’s ready for move-in. You stay in control.

Q: Do I have to use every service you offer?

Not at all. You pick what you need — electricity, internet, security, etc. We’re here to simplify, not upsell.

Q: Can I use this service if I’m not buying a home?
